This policy explains what information GODI NOVA India Pvt Ltd ("GODI NOVA", "we", "us") collects when you visit godinova.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run and improve this website.
1. Who we are
GODI NOVA is an energy technology company building the power and storage infrastructure that intelligent machines and SI (Super Intelligence) computing depend on. We have offices in Palo Alto, California, United States and at GMR Airport, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. For anything related to this policy, write to contact@godinova.com.

Information you give us
This website has no sign-up, login or contact forms. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically
Our web host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose problems. Unless you opt out, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised usage data: pages viewed, approximate region derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser type, referring site, and interactions such as clicks on links and buttons, scrolling and time on page. We have switched off advertising features, Google Signals and ad personalisation, and IP addresses are anonymised.

- To understand which content is useful and improve the site (analytics, unless you opt out).
- To answer your enquiries when you email us.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use one strictly necessary cookie to remember your analytics choice, and Google Analytics cookies unless you opt out. Details, including names and lifetimes, are in our Cookie Policy. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

6. Data storage and retention
- Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting, as set by our hosting provider.
- Google Analytics event data is retained for 2 months, the shortest setting Google offers; aggregated reports do not identify you.
- Your analytics choice is stored in a cookie on your device for 6 months.
- Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship.
7. International transfers
Google may process analytics data on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under its standard contractual safeguards. Our own servers may be located in the United States or India.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@godinova.com. You can opt out of analytics cookies at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security, a Content Security Policy and other protective headers. It contains no login, no database of visitors and no forms, which keeps the amount of personal data we hold very small.
10. Children
This website is intended for a professional audience and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
